She began her career as a patient counsellor and moved into market research to understand consumer psyche, and eventually transitioned into the coaching and therapy space.
Her passion is to guide people through a transformative process to help them achieve their fullest potential and live a life of fulfillment, peace and joy.
“My life so far has been very enriching and enlightening, which has greatly simplified my everyday life and living.
I began my journey on this path in 2006 while in search of answers for certain questions and challenges that life had brought forth. One of the questions on my mind was, ‘Why was I facing so many challenges one after another?’ and it was at this moment that I met my first mentor. Meeting my mentor gave me the opportunity to look at my life from a different perspective, and helped me notice the ways in which those challenges had changed me as a person.
After undergoing a shift in perspective, I spent a significant amount of time assisting children with special needs and shadowing my mentor while he facilitated NLP sessions. On completing 4 years of rigorous internship with him, I studied NLP professionally and got certified as an NLP practitioner. As I began practicing NLP techniques, I noticed several positive changes in my physical health as my aliments began to diminish and finally vanish. Consequently I decided to work in the health sector and got placed as an NLP coach and psychotherapist in a reputed hospital to work with critically ill patients.
Since then, I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to observe and learn from a number of therapists, coaches, healers, and trainers in India and abroad. Each one of them brought me learnings and lessons that have elevated my life. It also helped bring to life, the many concepts and theories I had read about.
During a crucial assignment, I worked with a leading market research company in their qualitative analysis group as an NLP consultant. This collaboration opened up a larger think tank for me and brought in more structure into my practice. It helped me further develop and deepen my natural observation skills, which has strengthened my analysis and understanding of behavioural issues.
Currently, I coach students who aspire to enter the country’s administrative services. I view their journey as an example of resilience and fulfillment of core values. And I feel blessed to be a part of it.
I conduct one-on-one sessions for individuals, group sessions, and workshops. I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their dreams. It is often a matter of choosing the right tools and techniques.”
